After watch the clip , I had not much reaction to it .
as I knew about this , people also do that in my country ,
so there ain't much of surprise to me .
My three questions are .
WHY THE PEOPLE THERE LOVE TO WASTE FOOD ?
DO THE PEOPLE LEAVING IN THE POOR PLACES GETS TO EAT LEFTOVERS EVERYDAY ?
ARE THE LEFTOVERS ENOUGH TO FEED THE PEOPLE ?

Writing is more formal than speaking. You have put down your spoken language, which is not grammatical.
No reaction? Since it happens in your country, you have accepted that it is alright for children to eat leftovers?
Would you have done the same if you were them, either the girl or the father or the child.
Could anything be done to change this?
I think people outside don't like to waste food either. I think they probably full or the food is not tasty anymore.

People waste food maybe because they take things for granted as many people who are rich does not know how what kind of situation the poor people live in. Those people either beg for food to stay alive but not many kind people help them.
